At the international level, the IBCM conferences are organised by an International Planning Group. The present members are: Fares Marzone (Italy – Chairman), Paul Joshua (India), Reynald Kozycki (France), Ken Newton (Australia), Kelvin Samwata (Zambia) and Neil Summerton (UK – Secretary).
 

The International Planning Group is supported by an IBCM International Advisory Group whose current members are as follows: Simeon Havyarimana (Burundi); David Yap (Singapore); Pavel Vopalecky (Czech Republic); John Hodgkinson (New Zealand); Gord Martin (Canada); Bill Coyle (USA); Juan Carlos Ciccone (Argentina); and António Calaim (Portugal). Consultation with the International Advisory Group takes place electronically.
 

Each IBCM conference is organised in close collaboration with a national committee in the host country.
