ACTS 20 “FIERCE WOLFS ARE COMING: GUARD THE FLOCK”
God has given us a special gift in Paul’s farewell message to the Ephesian elders in Acts 20.
There is really nothing else in the New Testament comparable to this passage. It is the only place in the New Testament in which Paul directly speakes to the church’s elders, giving them their final marching orders. Paul’s parting message, has special importance and requires our full attention. Every new generation of church leaders needs to discover afresh Paul’s instructions to the Ephesian elders. Although the passage is directed to the elders, what is stated is relevant for all Christians serving the Lord in any capacity.
